Refund policy

Since our artworks are made to order, and that we do not maintain an existing stock, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations following the completion of an order. For specific cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly at info@c0d3dart.com, for the potential of being able to resolve your inquiry. Please be advised that for the above reasons we cannot guarantee the successful resolution of any inquiries, but we assure you that we will do our best under the circumstances.

Damages and issues

In the case that a painting experiences damage throughout its journey, or at the point of receipt any physical defects are present, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 30 days of product delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and we will do our best to resolve it. In such case, include clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a description of the problem.

Once a request has been received and evaluated, we will notify you on the outcome and possible resolution. Potential resolutions could include, the replacement of the artwork or a refund of the credited amount.

Refunds 
If a refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your refund request and you did not received the refund, please contact us at info@c0d3dart.com.
